Our Story

Born from a love for traditional Serbian cuisine, our family has transformed the art of preparing pork roast into a true gastronomic experience.

Growing up with family celebrations and Sunday lunches, together with experience from the gastronomic industry, we learned how to prepare juicy and delicious cuts of meat. With selected, rigorously quality meat and roasting technique that makes our roast unforgettable.

Today, we combine century-old methods with modern techniques to create perfectly juicy, savory and crispy roast that satisfies every time.
